The location offered was favourable and absolutely perfect short walk to restaurants and access to the interstate, and RESTURANTS AND An SHOPPING CENTER. Also, we visited Landers Center Arena, located at a short distance from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure. The room was perfect and cozy, with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.

Truly enjoyed staying at the standard king room with king beds, microwave, refrigerator. The price was US$ 60.

Excellent low-budget hotel with good value, we had a real good stay. The location turned out to be excellent and decent, right by restaurants, next 2 the outlet mall, and Southaven. Furthermore, convenient to the sporting event.

We were there for 8 nights and felt would love to return. They placed us in a standard queen room which was quiet and impressive. The location was exceptionally nice and decent, just a pleasant stroll away from Desoto Family Theatre.

Some people working there were very rude.

Great budget hotel in a good area right by restaurants and access to the interstate, and interstate and mall. Clean rooms with a king bed, microwave and a kitchen, pleasant staff.

Reasonably large room with the condition, the bathroom and refrigerator, and the pool was clean.

Enjoyed stays here, only place I stay. Travel a lot for work.

My sister and I had a great stay at this hotel for a few days while visiting. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was impeccably clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I appreciated the separate freezer in the fridge and the pleasant smell in the room. On top of that, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by providing extra covers for the chair in our room. a highly recommended hotel with a convenient location.

It was very convenient for us as our business was not only in Southaven, but also Hernando. Motel was clean, which I really do appreciate. The staff was very friendly.

Convenience of the refridgerator and microwave in the room. Nice tv. Hotel room equal or better than those in area costing $50 per night more.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, super close to the concert venue we were going to and near everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were really trying to be helpful in every way. The rooms were clean and recently redone, and the fridge was almost full size with separate freezer and refrigerator compartments.

The only downside was a strong paint smell in the rooms, but other than that, the stay was perfect!

Easy to find, location close to shopping and eating places. Breakfast with self serve waffle machine. Cold cereal and muffins etc. Plenty of hot fresh coffee. Lobby had a public PC. Very nice flat screen with couch in lobby. Room very nice with flat wall mounted TV but only a few HD channels, but had many of the normal cable/sat channels to choose from. Of the 3 hotels used on this trip this was the best. The other two were Days Inn and Ramada Inn.

Only thing was they did not have any first floor rooms vacant. Second floor only access was through lobby. With bad knees I like to use hand rail but pulling luggage I made a very slow climb to second floor. No elevator. The good thing it was raining when we arrived and we were able to unload under carport next to lobby and get to stairs without any problem and dry.....
